Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Full-time Hybrid London, United Kingdom
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with approximately three to six years’ post-qualification experience and professional fluency in Russian. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, working closely with partners while taking responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of files.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial litigation and arbitration matters independently, with appropriate partner supervision.
- Advise clients on dispute strategy, procedural issues, risk, settlement options and enforcement.
- Lead disclosure, document review and evidence-gathering exercises.
- Liaise with counsel, experts, foreign lawyers, interpreters and other professional advisers.
- Manage deadlines, hearings, procedural timetables and case budgets.
- Supervise and support junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
- Contribute to business development activities, client presentations, pitches and legal updates.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with approximately three to six years’ PQE.
- Strong experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration or both.
- Demonstrable experience managing files and progressing matters with limited supervision.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Confident managing client relationships and advising on complex or sensitive disputes.
- Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support junior colleagues and wider team objectives.
