Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Full-time Hybrid London, United Kingdom
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with approximately three to six years’ post-qualification experience and professional fluency in Russian. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, working closely with partners while taking responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of files.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial litigation and arbitration matters independently, with appropriate partner supervision.
  • Advise clients on dispute strategy, procedural issues, risk, settlement options and enforcement.
  • Lead disclosure, document review and evidence-gathering exercises.
  • Liaise with counsel, experts, foreign lawyers, interpreters and other professional advisers.
  • Manage deadlines, hearings, procedural timetables and case budgets.
  • Supervise and support junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
  • Contribute to business development activities, client presentations, pitches and legal updates.

Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with approximately three to six years’ PQE.
  • Strong experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration or both.
  • Demonstrable experience managing files and progressing matters with limited supervision.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident managing client relationships and advising on complex or sensitive disputes.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support junior colleagues and wider team objectives.
