Junior Immigration Caseworker (Turkish)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Immigration Caseworker with a strong interest in UK business immigration law and professional fluency in Turkish.
Working closely with experienced solicitors and senior caseworkers, you will support a varied caseload involving sponsored worker applications, sponsor licence matters, business mobility routes, entrepreneur and talent-based visas, and other corporate immigration matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of business immigration applications under appropriate supervision.
- Support applications under routes including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Global Talent, Innovator Founder and other relevant visa categories.
- Assist with sponsor licence applications, renewals, compliance matters.
- Draft client correspondence, forms, representations and supporting documents in English and Turkish.
- Review corporate and personal documents to ensure applications are complete, accurate and compliant.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, attendance notes, time records and billing information.
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in Turkish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A genuine interest in UK business immigration law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Experience:
- Familiarity with the Skilled Worker route, sponsor licensing or business mobility applications.
- Previous experience in a law firm, immigration practice or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with legal case management systems.
- Experience preparing visa applications and supporting document bundles.
