Junior Paralegal (Turkish)

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Junior Paralegal with professional fluency in Turkish to support our busy legal team.
You will work closely with solicitors and other fee-earners across a range of client matters, assisting with legal research, document preparation, case administration and client communication. The role will involve regular contact with English- and Turkish-speaking clients and the preparation of correspondence and supporting documents in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Draft client correspondence, witness statements, attendance notes and supporting documents in English and Turkish.
- Prepare, organise and review evidence bundles for applications, hearings, tribunals and court proceedings.
- Monitor deadlines, appointments, hearings and procedural requirements.
- Assist solicitors and fee-earners with legal research, disclosure exercises and document review.
- Communicate with clients to obtain instructions, request documents and provide progress updates.
- Arrange client meetings, appointments, hearings and conferences.
- Assist with billing, time recording and general matter administration.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in spoken and written Turkish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, reliable and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
