The Endorsement Process
Before applying for the Innovator Founder Visa, you'll need to have your business idea assessed and endorsed by an approved endorsing body. This endorsement is a critical step in demonstrating that your business idea meets the eligibility requirements. The endorsing body will issue you an endorsement letter if your idea is deemed eligible.

If your endorsement is withdrawn by the endorsing body, your visa may be shortened. To extend your stay beyond the initial 3 years, you'll need to reapply with a new endorsement before your current visa expires.
